Is your Custom Jewelry real? Does it turn colors? Can I shower with it?

Our Custom Jewelry is 14k Gold Filled. With proper care, it can last a long time. Most of our Gold-Plated Chains are heavy Gold-plated. Gold-plated jewelry is much less expensive than Gold-filled; however, the Gold color will eventually wear off as it comes into contact with the wearer's skin salts or pollutants in the air. Most jewelry can be cleaned with toothpaste for a quick fix.

 

I placed an order , where is my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are issued once your item is ready to ship. You will receive an email notification alerting you when your item is in transit.

 

How long does it take for me to receive my order in the mail?

Custom Jewelry turnaround is 7-14 Business Days excluding Weekends and Holidays! Once an order is ready, customer will receive tracking information via Email letting them know their order has been shipped out. Shipping usually takes 2-3 days via USPS.

 

I placed my order but there is a typo, can I update my custom order?

Yes. Please send an email to customer service department Info@YahRivera.Com  for immediate updates. We cannot take updates submitted after 24 hours of purchase.
